SnapPoint sets the direction. 6 Media executes at a high level.
This is a one-time, standalone project. It does not renew automatically and is not a monthly retainer.

Terms & Conditions
- 1Scope of Services
- 6 Media Collective will produce vertical video content for SnapPoint USA as a one-time project. The standard deliverables are 2 core Reels with 3 different variations each, for a total of 6 final platform-ready vertical exports. All raw footage captured during filming will also be delivered to SnapPoint USA. Filming, editing, and delivery are handled by 6 Media. SnapPoint USA supplies the creative direction, concepts, and messaging priorities for the project.
- 2Term
- This agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues until the deliverables described herein are completed and accepted, unless terminated earlier in writing by both parties.
- 3Project Schedule
- Shooting is expected to begin mid/late September, with the goal of delivering final edited assets and all raw footage by mid October. Content planning, filming, editing, and delivery will follow a schedule agreed to by both parties. Final edited assets and all raw footage are delivered digitally via a shared folder or platform selected by 6 Media.
- 4Revisions
- Each final deliverable includes up to two (2) rounds of revision. Additional revisions or out-of-scope requests may incur extra fees, subject to written approval before work begins.
- 5Content Ownership & Usage
- SnapPoint USA retains full ownership of all final delivered assets and may use them across its own marketing channels, including paid advertising. 6 Media Collective may use the content in its portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless SnapPoint requests otherwise in writing.
- 6Paid Media Usage Rights
- SnapPoint USA grants 6 Media Collective a limited license to run the final delivered content as paid media advertising on SnapPoint USA's behalf, including but not limited to Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). This license is solely for promoting SnapPoint USA's products, services, and brand during the term of this agreement and any agreed-upon media flight dates.
- 7Payment Terms
- This is a single, fixed-price project. The full $2,500 project fee is due before production begins. There are no recurring or monthly charges. Work may be paused if payment is more than fourteen (14) days overdue.
- 8Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep any non-public business, product, or financial information shared during the project confidential.
- 9Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Fees for work already performed or scheduled remain due.
